Workplace Insights
is a mobile and tablet app concept & prototype designed to provide employees and employers with a holistic, real-time view of organizational health and workplace sentiment. The platform enables teams to quickly understand how the workplace is performing across key dimensions, empowering leadership and employees to make more informed decisions that improve engagement, collaboration, and overall performance.

The experience focuses on transforming complex organizational data into clear, actionable insights—helping users identify what is working well and where meaningful improvements can be made.

Problem:
Understanding workplace sentiment and performance is often fragmented across surveys, reports, and disconnected tools. These delays limit an organization’s ability to respond proactively and create environments where employees can perform at their best.

There was an opportunity to design a unified, real-time interface that made organizational health visible, measurable, and actionable for both employees and leadership.

Solution
The platform provides an intuitive dashboard that surfaces key workplace indicators, allowing users to monitor trends, evaluate performance, and identify areas of opportunity.

Role: Art Director & UI Designer
Led concept development, art direction, and UI design for the platform. Defined the product vision and translated organizational insights into a clear, scalable interface. Designed key screens and interaction patterns to demonstrate how real-time workplace intelligence could be surfaced through a modern digital experience.
