Dunkin’ Loyalty Transformation program was an animated product vision designed to introduce and communicate the next evolution of Dunkin’s loyalty program. The project focused on using animation and visual storytelling to clearly articulate how the new ecosystem would function, the value it would provide to customers, and how it would strengthen long-term engagement with the brand.
The animated experience translated complex program mechanics into an intuitive, emotionally engaging narrative—helping stakeholders, partners, and internal teams visualize the future of Dunkin’s loyalty platform.
Opportunity:
Loyalty programs often involve layered systems of rewards, status tiers, and behavioral incentives that can be difficult to communicate through static presentations alone. There was an opportunity to create a cohesive animated product vision that demonstrated how the new loyalty experience would work across the full customer journey—from onboarding to earning, redeeming, and progressing through membership tiers.
The goal was to make the future experience tangible, compelling, and easy to understand while reinforcing Dunkin’s brand personality and customer-first approach.

I developed a comprehensive animation-ready visual system and narrative storyboard that brought the loyalty program vision to life. The work focused on creating a cohesive animated product story that communicated:
How customers join and engage with the new loyalty ecosystem
How points are earned, tracked, and redeemed
How membership tiers and progression incentivize deeper engagement
How the mobile experience integrates seamlessly into the customer journey
The visual language was designed to align with Dunkin’s brand while elevating clarity, warmth, and approachability. Each scene was intentionally crafted to support animation fluidity, narrative continuity, and visual consistency.
Design Approach:
Story-Driven Product Visualization
Developed a full storyboard that translated strategic product concepts into a structured, animation-ready narrative. This ensured the animation communicated both functional mechanics and emotional value.
Illustration System for Motion:
Created a complete library of custom illustration assets designed specifically for animation. Assets were constructed to support modular motion, enabling smooth transitions, scalable reuse, and visual consistency across scenes.
Animation-First Thinking:
Designed every asset and scene with motion in mind—anticipating timing, transitions, and interaction flow to ensure seamless execution during animation production.
Brand Alignment:
Ensured all visual elements reinforced Dunkin’s brand identity while elevating the perceived sophistication and clarity of the loyalty platform.
